Important: The services provided via this website or telehealth are not for emergencies.

If you are experiencing a mental health, substance use, or medical emergency, please do not use this website or email for help. Instead, contact emergency services immediately:

2. Telehealth / Online Services Limitations

  • Online or virtual sessions cannot replace urgent care.
  • Technology failures, interruptions, or security issues may occur.
  • Confidentiality may be limited in group settings or virtual environments.
