Who We Are

About Broadway Counseling Services of Denver

Q: Is Broadway Counseling a state-licensed facility?

Yes. We are licensed and monitored by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA). The license authorizes Broadway's listed virtual DUI/DWAI services; individual court, DMV, probation, and reinstatement requirements remain case-specific.

Q: Can I complete my classes from home?

Absolutely. We pioneered state-approved virtual classrooms, allowing you to satisfy all Level I or Level II requirements via secure video from your own home.

Q: What if I have an out-of-state case?

We specialize in Interstate Compact (ICAOS) requirements. If you have a DUI in another state but live in Colorado, we can coordinate with your home state to ensure compliance.

Since 1993, Broadway Counseling Services of Denver has been a cornerstone of the Denver community, providing expert-led DUI education and therapy.

Founded by Mary L. Patel (CAC III), our agency was built on the belief that navigating legal requirements should be a respectful, transparent, and professional experience.

Why We Exist

We understand the stress and complexity that follows a DUI. Our mission is to provide you with a clear path to compliance through programs that are licensed by the Colorado BHA for virtual DUI/DWAI education and therapy statewide; individual court and DMV requirements vary by case.

By transitioning to a 100% virtual classroom, we offer the same high-standard clinical support we’ve provided for over 30 years, now accessible from the safety and privacy of your home.
