Broadway Counseling Services of Denver (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparency regarding fees for counseling, DUI education, and substance use disorder services.


1. Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for services if you are paying out-of-pocket (not using insurance).

This estimate includes:

  • The cost of individual or group sessions
  • Assessment or intake fees
  • Any additional program fees


2. How to Request a Good Faith Estimate

You may request a GFE before services begin:

We will provide a written estimate of your expected charges in a timely manner.


3. Limitations

  • The GFE is an estimate and may not reflect unforeseen circumstances.
  • Charges may vary based on the number of sessions, program changes, or additional services required.
  • You will be notified of any changes to fees as soon as possible.
